Afternoon Nap..
Shannon usually wakes up between 9-10 am.. take her lunch between 1-2pm ...and her afternoon milk between 2-230pm..then her 1-2 hr nap between 3-5pm.. Disturb mummy's cooking between 5-6pm.. takes her dinner between 6-730pm.. sleeps around 10-11pm..
