Pineapple Rice

I cooked Pineapple Rice yesterday! This was my first try on this dish. I called Renee, previously known as "Gujan Pineapple Rice Queen" for recipe and tips. It was nearly a disaster cos I had put too much oil when frying. Luckily, I managed to salvage it and daddy said it was nice...

Frankly speaking, I never taste traditional Pineapple Rice before...so I don't really know how it should taste like? To me, it seems like another type of fried rice only...hehehe
