Claypot Chicken Rice

I cooked Claypot Chicken Rice today! Initially, Daddy said it taste okay. Then he kept on "encore" "encore" scooping 2 more times and finally complimented that it was delicious. Actually, I had cooked 3 cups of rice with about 7 chicken wings and 3 chinese sausages, after sharing one small serving(photo above) to Serene, there should be more than enough for another 3 serving. In the end, it left only half a serving for him to bring to work tomorrow... :P
