Window Arts
Since Avril was at our house last Sunday, I decided to let the girls do some art and craft. I took out the paint art we bought from Creative Art Corner @ Causeway Point few months ago and they started their work.

Finished Projects proudly presented by the girls!

Happy Birthday, Avril
Today is Avril Birthday!!! Happy Birthday to YOU!!!
Actually we went to her birthday celebration which was held last Wednesday. Her grandfather came to France to visit them last mth, therefore they purposely celebrated earlier before he left for Singapore last Saturday. The party has excluded all fathers as it was held on Wednesday whereby the kids have no school on that day.
It was a fabulous party as Uncle (Avril's grandfather) cooked one Singapore dishes that we missed.
Yes!!! HOKKIEN MEE, NGOH HIANG AND HEI CHO
Well, the kids enjoyed so much as there was so many activities going on. After finishing the cakes, they started to dance.
Great Dancer ya! ^_^

Carnivals
Look how she walk!!!
Princess Shannon playing hopscotch!!
Two weeks ago, there was a series of carnivals going on in France. It was some kind of celebration to wards off evils before Easter Day?? I am too sure even though I have searched the internet.@_@
Anyway, Shannon and her friends were asked to dress in Costumes and celebrated the occasion after the school hours. I believed the kids had enjoyed the day with the dancing and food shown on the videos and photos above. :P

Want A Ride?

On Thursday night, we got a surprise visit from Zavier with Mummy Serene and Dawn. Dawn was here to return some pots and had asked Serene to be her navigator.
While we were chatting, Zavier and Shannon took turns to ride on the tricycle. Then impatience Shannon hopped on to the tricycle Zavier was riding. Surprisingly, Zavier can actually pillion her!!!

Kids Yoga
We had a Trial Yoga Session for Kids on Wednesday. It was held by Dawn who have been practicing Yoga for years. Most of the kids were having fun, imatating what dawn was doing, but however, some of the kids were too young to concentrate and still not able to listen to instructions. Thus, that was their first and last lesson. We would probably be back begging Dawn to teach them in a years' time because of its benefits!
Below is adapted for clearer reference!
Yoga, adapted for pre-school children, develops body awareness, language, good listening skills, cooperation and powers of observation. It teaches pre-school children about nature, their environment and inspires their imaginations. It prepares them for breathing techniques used in yoga. They learn by playing, singing, moving and imitating.

Hmmm... one day my girl would be like this too ..hehehe BTW this is Dawn, the Yoga Instructor :P I took up the adult yoga too but too bad I need to stop as I have other plans.

All photos taken from Dawn.
Last Sunday, it was Nyx's Birthday. We were invited to her house for a celebration. The kids were having fun and the food was yummy too. I hope Nyx will love all the presents she received.

Another pretty gal..
Do you find Nyx familiar? She appeared on pages of a few Singapore magazines before.

FUN FILLED DAY @ KID PARC
We went to Kid Parc on Sunday with family of Damian and Brayden. Wow.. It was a super fun day for the kids and a tiring day for us. Let us look at the attractions and the happy faces of the kids.
La Rivière Enchantée - The Delighted River
A boat ride around the Kid Parc!

Le Tonneau Cup - The Barrel Cup

Kid's Océan - Kid's Ocean
Shannon loves the Flying Chair!!

Kid Pêche- Kid Fishes
Fishing up the ducks was one of their favourite!

Kids Nuages - Kids Clouds
Well... The "clouds" was so hot that Shannon refused to go up the second time!

Kid Troie - Kid Troy
There were some obstacles and a slide inside but some of the French Kids were really rough. Shannon went in and got hit by someone and started crying. Then all our bigger kids went in and look after them. The kids loves the slide so much but the "rubber" was kind of hot. Daddy even tore his trousers after sliding down.

Le Trampoline - The Trampoline
Still... the wooden prank and rubber mat was really hot. Then Shannon was getting grouchy after the whole day of playing. Thus she was like whining here and there when she stepped on the hot area.

La Grosse Pomme - The Big Apple
It's a kind of Roller Coaster for the kids. Initially, Shannon was scared but I told her to scream when the roller coaster is going down. After awhile, she started to love it and wanted to sit again and again

Kids Balls
The kids stayed in this pool of balls for about 1 hour. Shannon was shocked when she first jumped into the pool of balls. She dare not move when she was inside as she scare that she will sink inside... hehehehe
La Gare Safari - The Safari Train Station
Another Favourite ride for the kids as they could imagine driving the train.

Kids Circus
Chicken and Duck Session... Because we don't understand what the clown was saying and we just looked at what he was doing. I tried my best to explain to Shannon about what the clown was performing. I believe she will love the Circus next year as she will be learning and picking up French.

L'aquakid - Aqua Kid
A pool whereby all the children and play water which attracted Shannon and Brayden for at least one hour.
There are more attraction like L'arbre De Robinson (Robinson Tree House), Le Bateau Pirate (Viking), La Pieuvre (Merry Go Round).
We reached Kid Parc at 1030am and only left the place at 520pm. Shannon was super tired and fell right into sleep in my arm even before J left the carpark. A really nice place that worth going for umpteen times. ^_^
